Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree is preferred in a human service field and/or CADC Development plan within 30 days of hire and Recovery Coaching training certification.. A competitive wage and benefits (403b, life, medical, dental, vision, vacation and holiday pay) are offered for full time employees. The pay range for this position is $32,000 - $40,000 annually.

Recovery Coaching Position - Enhanced Parenting Project

Flint Odyssey House's Enhanced Parenting Project is seeking a qualified peer recovery coach to fill a full time position. Peer Recovery Coaches must possess a certificate in Peer Coaching (CPRC or CCAR) and have a valid and unrestricted driver’s license as outlined via FOH’s liability insurance. The positions will be awarded to an individual meeting the following eligibility requirements also: (1) Experience with Recovery Support Groups, (2) knowledgeable about a variety of pathways to recovery. (3) CPR/First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire…along with other requirements.
