The Health Awareness Center
The Health Awareness Center is located on the Odyssey Village Campus. It was developed to be a bridge between Odyssey and the outside community. The center's executive director is E. Hill De Loney, who has been a community activist in the Flint community. The center serves the underserved population with collaborative health initiatives. It offers such services as free tutorial programs, summer academic Olympics, father support groups, infant nutrition classes, and many other much needed services. The center serves as a light and focal point for those in need. It has a library and cultural museum on the premises. It offers a plethora of services, information, education, and is a community lighthouse for the Flint Community.
